ATRISCO HERITAGE FOUNDATION (AHF) 2026 ADULT ARTIST MARKET BOOTH RULES AGREEMENT

Traditional Spanish Market will be held on the Historic Plaza in Santa Fe, New Mexico Saturday July 25th, 2026 and Sunday July 26th, 2026 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

1. The artist must be present all day during both days at their assigned booth throughout the Market weekend.
2. All booths must be kept open during Market hours.
3. A table and two chairs (optional) will be provided for each space.
4. All artists are required to have a current business license and CRS number.
5. The Artist will observe all laws, ordinances and regulations and conduct business in a responsible and proper manner. No sales are permitted at Market before 8:00AM on Saturday and Sunday—the official opening of the Market.
6. Each artist shall wear an exhibitor badge and a booth sign will be provided by AHF for each booth. Signage or banners displayed in the booth may only have (1) artist name, (2) artist category(ies) as listed in the Guidelines for Traditional Spanish Market, (3) city and state. Non-compliance with this rule shall result in being asked to remove your signage or banner and if not removed shall result in a one year suspension from Market.
7. Artists must exhibit work for sale and include only traditional Spanish colonial artwork made by the artist in the category(ies) in which they have been juried into.
8. NO posters or self-published materials are allowed for sale or display. The Artist may not sell goods that are counterfeit, copies, reproductions, imports or machine-made except as permitted in the Guidelines. Each artist must display and sell only his or her own original, handmade goods. No other items may be sold.
9. Work that does not comply with Spanish Market Guidelines will not be exhibited. Failure to comply will result in exclusion in future markets.
10. Neither AHF nor any of its officers, agents, employees, volunteers or other representatives shall be held liable for, and the same are hereby released from, accountability or liability for any damage, loss or injury to the person or any property of the Artist, or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause and AHF will not obtain insurance against such damage, loss or injury.
11. Traditional Spanish Market does not tolerate harassment, violence, or discrimination. Any such incident or occurrence must be reported immediately to the Market Coordinator. Consequences for unacceptable behavior are at the discretion of the Market Coordinator.
12. No radios, televisions, or other electronic devices that are disruptive to others are permitted at Market.
13. In the event of inclement weather, or other cause beyond the control of AHF that prevents the Market or any part thereof from being held, all costs will have already been incurred by AHF, and no refunds will be issued.
