Jean Anaya Moya has been and award winning artist in Spanish Market for over 25 years.
In 2014 she was awarded the Governors Award for Excellence in the Arts.
Her work can be found in several museums to include Nuevo Mexicano Heritage, National Hispanic Art, International Folk Art, Albuquerque, Taylor and Denver Art Museum in Colorado as well as private collection.
She has extensive knowledge in several categories to include bultos, relief carving, straw appliqué, hide painting as well as retablos. Her artwork is a combination of of all her skills
creating intricate images.
She has participated in shows and gallery exhibits through her career.
